HRUSKOVA


​Hruskova is a video portrait of Danish chef Chris Hruskova. The film looks at Chris' life and journey within the food industry, from his humble beginnings in Denmark to achieving a Michelin star with his restaurant North Road. Chris talks to his love of the kitchen, his passion for foraged food and the sacrifices one must make to achieve success in the food industry.
 
David and I took this project on over a bonding of food and a desire to push our work in a new direction. The film is a self-produced project between myself and David, made possible through the help of some good friends.
